Magnesium

Last night I took 800 mg. of magnesium (I read it was good for insomnia) and it worked.  I slept for 9 hours, woke up rested.  Not sure if it's the good hormones or the fact I was exhausted from baking all day, or if it was indeed the magnesium, so I took it again tonight.  We'll see if it's just as good tonight.

My mentor person is cool.  I was the phone call queen today.  I got down to one. single. email. in my inbox.  Inbox (practically) zero.  I need some nice succulent plants in my workspace, and some good art.
