For mom

Edit: This dessert would be far more attractive in individual-sized ramekins, with an optional smallish scoop of vanilla bean icecream.

My mom loves pumpkin...loves it. I found this dessert in a magazine and tried it with walnuts that I didn't chop up enough. It was okay. This time, no nuts and a more thorough baking have produced Warm Pumpkin Pudding Cake. I seem to remember it tasted better the next day. Hooray!
