Bakery

Everytime I roll out dough for pies, I hope for a perfect circle. I'm okay with it when it turns out looking like Australia, but the lovely roundness of a pie crust is quite satisfying. I rolled a bunch today and this was my last of the lot. So nice, I had to take a photo of it. The hands are of one of my baking mentors, D.
