This was my project. I had to create a creative menu consisting of four items and then I had to make and plate one of them. I started out with what I thought would be a tasty recipe that I found in an old issue of Gourmet. Individual Chocolate Peanutbutter Bundt cakes. They tasted like poop. I had some extra of the chocolate part which ended up making the most delicious, moistest chocolate cake ever, so I changed my plan and made my dessert with it instead.
This is, in menu-speak, an individual chocolate bundt cake in vanilla cream sauce. Simple, but tasty.
